Can I transfer my email and fax address data from old printer to new printer?

What email are you referring to? Are you referring to scan to email or eprint email address. 

 

Next thing, regarding the fax address, yes you may try to export or import fax phone book from the EWS page of the printer.

There is no option option in printer EWS page to export the Scan to email address book.
