After Update to Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra - Printer HP Envy 7640 no longer working

I have tried all of this in the solution. I have turned off printer, computer, unplugged, reinstalled, reset printers, followed all of these instructions and Officejet 7610 Scanner will still not connect through AirPrint/Bonjour which it used to do until the latest Mac updates. I was going to update to Mac OS Mojave or Catalina, but I see there are still the same issues. Is there any new update to Easy Scan? Or the drivers in general. Nothing is getting the scanner to work.
I'm debating on trying plugging in a cable instead of through AirPrint, but this is really annoying.
