HP Recommended
Product: Pagewide X476dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

We have a HP PageWide X476dw but it's stuck on a blue screen with error B886AC8C. 

Suddenly it wouldn't print anymore and when restarting it shows the HP logo, then it disappears and immediately shows the logo again. After a couple of minutes the screen starts blinking with the error showing.

 

If I open the front, I see that the ink carrier with the cartridges is descended. So taking out the cartridges isn't possible.

Is there someone who can help me, because I really like this printer?
