Our printer is in an endless error loop.  It will turn on, seem fine and then flash to a blue screen with the error message "C18A000A" and instructions to power off and power back on.  To the left and right of the screen, all icons are lit and flashing.  When we comply and power off, it automatically powers back on, seems to be coming back on line (we can hear the carriage move) and then the whole thing happens again.

We've followed the instructions on disconnecting power, USB cable, taking out cartridgees, etc. before reconnecting and it is not helping.  It's very frustrating to get an error code and not have any way of finding out what it is.  Would love some help with this.   Thanks!
