Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

ERROR MESSAGE  Copy does not support Oficio (8.5x13 in) Load a supported size of paper in Tray 1 to continue 

Paper tray is set to 8.5x3 and I cannot change setting.  I am inserting 8x11in. paper

Hi,

Open and close the paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, be sure to click No or Edit to change the Paper Size to Letter.
