The printer has a single paper tray and does not support any optional additional tray, the tray can be expended to Legal size:

What Cardstock media do you use in the printer? check it information and compatibility with the printer.
The printer supports 163 to 200 gsm Card media for Inkjet printers, be sure the paper meets these specifications, else it will unlikely feed correctly.
