Product: HP Envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 5530 has been working great for a couple of years... use wireless connection.   About a month ago it started acting up... no error message though.  When I tried to print two-sided pages it would print out only one-sided pages.  I uninstalled the software, cleaned up the registry to remove any remnants, reinstalled the software from the DVD and it still only prints one-sided pages.  The option is there to print two-sided... just doesn't work.  Also check for software and driver updates and  tried HP Print & Scan Doctor to no avail.  Any ideas what the problem could be????   Thanks . advance

Go to the printer driver and ensure that under printer properties>device settings that the duplex unit is shown as installed.

Unfortunately my printer only has one item under Device Settings... Installable Options = Printer Memory 32mb.   That's it... no other options.  ????
