HP Recommended
Product: HP Offfice jet 4658
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can no longer print in colour from my Dell Insiron PC running Windows 10 Home to a Hp 4658 printer. The are no options what-so-ever in the printer preferences for Colour/bw/greyscale . I have reinstalled the HP driver software and it makes no difference. I have looked for a tick box but can not find one. Any help please. Mike
