Product: Acer Chromebook HP officejet 3833
Operating System: Other

I installed the HP app on my chromebook. Printing pdf's with this app is working, printing with the microsoft Word app works too, but printing from e-mail or google docs dous'nt. Chromebook says printer is printing, but nothing happened on my printer.

 

hopefully someone can help me.....

@AvanLuik Welcome to HP Forums Community!

If the printer works fine via one app and not the other, this seems to be an issue with the app, and I suggest you check with google docs support for more details,
