HP Deskjet 2600 All-in-One Printer series
Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I have the HP Deskjet 2600 All-in-One Printer series and unfortunately it doesn't work...

I installed the HP Easy Start on my mac computer and followed the instructions, and it actually worked then - and I was apple to print from both my computer and my phone afterwards.

When I then tried to print a document later on the same day - it wouldn't print. I tried googling an answer and the suggestions were to uninstall and reinstall it again. So I uninstalled it and now I can no longer find the printer on my computer. I tried to install the HP Easy Start again (actually multiple times now) and the first step where it's looking for devices - it doesn't find anything, and I can't go on from there. The printer is turned on and plugged in, I don't have any USB cables or Ethernet connected to the printer, and I've tried turning my computer and printer on/off multiple times. I really don't know what else to try - I hope someone can help me 🙂
