Photosmart 6520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC ususally prints on the HP photosmart 6520, using a wireless connection.  I got a virus, so I had to do a system-restore on my PC, and then I tried to install the software for the HP photosmart 6520 printer.   Normally, there is software that when installed, leaves an icon on the screen that allows for printing, scanning, etc.  Moreover, during installation, it asks you if your printer is wireless, and if you say yes, it locates it.

I can't find this software any more.   Instead, I find a firmware update due to a newly discovered vulnerability.

I began to install this update, until it asked if it could punch holes in windows defender firewall.  First I said no, then later, I tried to reinstall, and said yes.

Right now, when I come back to the screen to download software, the only software shown is that firmware update, apart from some software to give you a private repository of a queue to print.

But where is the old standby 'all-in-one' software?

Thanks
