Product: Officejet 6950
Operating System: Android 6.0 Marshmallow

In  the android app E print i wanted to add my new printer.

When i send a document with email to the email adress ******@hpeprint.com it will be printed.

In the printer the wright adress and in the Hp connected page the correct adress is shown.

 

I can add the printer in the Eprint app by adding de local network adress. (192.2.168.***)

But when i try to add it bij the *****@hpeprint.com adress i receive a pop up with the following text:

 

Oops!

 

The printer does not exist or you do not have acces to it.

 

In HP connected everybody can print to this printer.

What do i do wrong???
