Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My daughter somehow deleted my printer, I tried to uninstall and reinstall and during reinstall atempts I get an error box stating cannot delete output. The printer did not install.  What do I do!

Hi @Erinandrews1983,

 

1. Try the uninstaller tool from the following link:

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL32075/mp-110098-1/OJ_AIO_L7X00_140_408_Scrubber.exe

 

2. Run 4 times that file

 

3.  Restart the computer.

 

4.  Now install the printer.

 

* Click on KUDOS star to say thanks  :smileywink:     

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.

This did not solve my problem

Can not delete output file still displays when I try to download.  Even after uninstall, my computer still has all of the files located on the OS.

I resolved the issue by going into the printer file on my OS and locating the file "setup" and reinstalled it from the exisiting files on my computer. The printer has successfully reinstalled.
