All wa well until I updated the software. Since then I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. I have used the HP Print and Scan Doctor with no success. The Print and Scan Dr said the full s/w was not installed but did not successfully install the software.

No success. Found the 7z files once but there was no HPsetup.exe file. Downloaded the basic printer file and installed but still no success. Did another %temp% search but could no longer locate the 7z files. The printer works from another computer, a tablet and my phone. Cannot get it to work on my comuter. Note that after installation of the printer files there is an HP fax showing in the printer drop-down menu.
