I have an HP Officejet 8720 that constantly has troubles communicating with my computer. The operating system of the computer is Microsoft Vista 64-bit. I'm trying to reinstall the printer and on HP's website for this particular printer, my operating system is not one of those listed. I do see Vista 32-bit, but not 64-bit. Does thist mean this my printer is not compatable with my computer?
Thank you.

Hi,
I afraid the printer is incompatible with Windows Vista 64-bit indeed and any drivers for later operating system will likely fail to install as incompatible with your operating system.
64-bit support only being offered for Widnows 7 or later operating systems, only 32-bit support is proviced for Windows XP or Vista.
You may find the printer specifications below, see the Minimum system requirements section:

Hi,
Welcome to HP Support Forum. Have you tried to use software and drivers for Windows 7, 8/8.1 and 10 (64bit) ?
