Now I cannot print any longer. I get a message that says the computer is not able to communicate with the printer. And nothing helps, like turning off the printer and on again, install the driver again - but the computer tells me I have a problem with Bonjour - but the printer tells me the status of Bonjour is 'activated'. What to do?

@StigP

Hello,

In order to palliate this incident, please proceed as follows:

  1. On the front panel of the printer, press the Wireless button to retrieve the IP address of the printer.
  2. Launch a web page and then type this address in the address bar and Enter.
  3. Click the Network tab, then under Advanced Settings, and then Bonjour.
  4. In the Bonjour Service Name field, change the number in two brackets to Network. (already done)
  5. Choose 9100 Printing for Bonjour Highest Priority Service, then click Apply and then on OK.
  6. Delete and then add the printer from the Printer & Scanners window.
  7. Try to print.

Thank you for your help. I can't write the correct name of the printer, this won't work, but the IP address as the printer name works.Thanks.
