I bought a new printer to replace my Photosmart 7520.  How do I remove the 7520 from my Dashboard?

Are you referring to your HP Smart Account?

if yes, try the below steps-

If you don't see the picture of your printer, click on the first tab "My Printers", should show a picture of your printers and next to it click on the "Settings" button now you should have an option of removing the printer.

If the issue persists try resetting the browser on your PC and check if it helps.

Hi @DV1

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  "How to uninstall the Photosmart 7520" issue.

 uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.

--->In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
--->Select your HP printer.
--->Select Uninstall.
--->In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
--->In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
--->Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
--->Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
--->Click on the Drivers tab.
--->Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
--->Select OK.
--->Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
--->Close Devices and Printers

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
