DesignJet T2600dr PostScript
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have problems with the driver HPGL2 for the DesignJet T2600dr PostScript MFP (Version 61.162.11209.100)

The print queue is installed on a Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2.
(On the server, I can change the settings of the printer, e.g. Adjust print quality.)

The workstations run on Windows 7 x64 :

If I want to set the print quality at the workstation, the printer driver hangs after the click.

There are no further settings possible. O

Only after I have restarted the printer spooler, all printers are available again.

REgards.

With a workstation on Windows 10 x64 it worked so far without problems.

With a Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 it worked so far without problems with workstations on Windows 7 or 10.
