i have a printer HP deskjet 3050 it´s old but still works, the cartridge for it used to be the 61 but i can't find them anywhere so i went to hp store and they told me that the cartridge was the number 122 but now the printer says its incompatible

HP 61 cartridges are used with a printer marketed in North America, 122 in Latin America:

Have you purchase the printer in Mexico, or may you have moved with the printer from another country?

 

If you may have moved with the printer, you will need to contact HP Support in Mexico to reset your printer to accept the local ink cartridges:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02558798

ty very much, yeah i actually move to Mexico and went to the store to buy the cartridge and they sold me 122 i will call the HP support
