Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

I'm going to upgrade my Mac  OS from 10.6.8 to 10.12 Sierra.  Are there drivers for my HP C4680 on 10.12?

There no drivers available for Mac 12.o on wards.

 

Howevery you may clcik HERE to access info in regards to your printer installatio.

Hello, Richard! 

I have an old MacBook that has Leopard (10.5) installed originally, and I think the highest I can upgrade to is Lion (10.7), possibly Mountain Lion.

Do you mean you are getting an entirely new computer?

Anyway, it looks like your printer supports printing through ASU when you have Sierra installed.
