Since changing our internet provider, the message printer "driver unavailable" is in my settings.
I am unable to use my printer.

It may be that the ISP has provided a Modem/Router that uses a different network.
192.168.0.X or 192.168.1.X or ???.???.???.???
So try the link above for Manuals, Troubleshooting and drivers.
Sometimes there is a WPS button on a router/modem that allows, for a few seconds, any local device to connect and that may help you.
If in doubt please ask.
