My HP3830 printer will not wwork on my MacBook Pro because Encrytion Credentials have expired, however it works okay with a PC with Microsoft Windows. Why

would you please send me the response they sent you? I saw it was resolved (i think) in an earlier post but I can't find it now.

The printer has generated an expired server certificate. To resolve this issue please follow the directions outlined in the document "'Encryption Credentials Expired' Error Displays".
