Enterprise 500 MFP M525F
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Enterprise 500 MFP M525f.

If I go to Digital Scan/Print menu , and then under contacts tab on web interface where we configure ldap settings, it is displaying this error - "An unknown error has occurred on this page and has been logged. We apologize for the inconvenience."
All other settings are properly configured (no issue at all). 

I have tried resetting the laptop (factory reset), upgraded the firmware, but the issue still exists
