I have happily been printing on #6 envelopes now all of a sudden when I feed the envelope in it comes out with nothing printed on it.

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips. Thank you for posting your query. I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂 

To troubleshoot this issue, try the steps below:

 

Solution 1: Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report from the printer control panel, then evaluate the results.

  1. Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Solution 2: If there are no defect on the report, try printing Envelopes from a Wordpad or MS Word: Click here 

 

Solution 3: If there are defect on the report, try cleaning the cartridges.
