Envy 5540
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So my Envy 5540 does not always automatically duplex print or print color. I got new desktops for me and my wife and also laptop for her. Same issue on all 3. Seen post on the community about using add printer in settings instead of HP drivers. Well that worked for a couple print jobs then went back to issues. It seems that this is a very common issue and all we get from HP is do a root uninstall and reinstall full drivers again. Well if I installed the full drivers in the first place should they not work. Why uninstall just to reinstall again. Why would HP remove the option of color or black/white in printer preferences along with the gray scale option and some of the printing shortcuts?
