As we haver properly understood your issue you are facing issue in the printing :

  1. Open the paper tray door, and then pull it toward you to extend the paper tray.
  2. Gently pull out the paper tray extender, and then lift up the paper catch.

  4. Remove any paper from the paper tray.
  5. Load a stack of photo paper into the middle of the paper tray, with the short edge forward and the print side down. Slide the stack into the tray until it rests against the paper stoppers at the end of the tray.

Thank you so much but it still jams.  Fine when printing ordinary A4.   I do alter the size and quality before printing  glossy but it still jams.
