The printer has been working fine until I bought an additional laptop (HP 15-dw0012na). So we now have two laptops connected to the printer. When I first printed from the new laptop, the result was monochrome. When I tried to fix this by uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, the printer appeared still connected, but unable to print from the new laptop.
I already tried going to "w32x86" and "x64" and renaming 3 as "3.old", but it still won't print. The Print and Scan Doctor indicates that there is a problem with the Print Queue and that I need to uninstall and reinstall the software.
I 've done this several times. Still nothing. What could I be doing wrong?
