ENVY 5660
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Lost disk.  HP won't help.  Attempt to run troubleshoot runs into unexpected error.    Prints fine.  paper size error on copy attempt.  Paperport can't locate 5660 when trying to add it as a scanner.

Does HP have a legitimate paid tech help phone number?  Tried HP  support on internet and ran into pirates wanting to sell me all kind of security. Used my item log to show thousands of warnings.

@Pandion,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are getting paper size error while trying to make a copy from your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515 All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the firmware is not updated.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Firmware Update

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
