Web JetAdmin v10.4

Keep getting "Error 2738. Could not access VBScript run time for custom action." when trying to upgrade  Web JetAdmin to v10.4.

I've done some research into this issue.

A few items I've found suggest Microsoft has a fixit for this issue, but I can't locate the correct one: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_programs/error-2738-could-not-ac.... Others suggest that it's caused by an incorrect registry entry for VBScript support & instruct deleting it ("reg delete "HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11CF-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}" /f"), then making sure VBScript is properly registered (c:\windows\syswow64\regsvr32 vbscript.dll). Problem is, the entry doesn't exist, so it can't be deleted. Still other's suggest the VBScript.dll is being hijacked by McAfee ScriptScan. I tried following the instructions here: https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB87741&actp=null&viewlocale=en_US&showDraft=f..., but it won't let me make this change: "◦Access the registry: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11cf-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}\InprocServer32 Change the value of the key (Default) from C:\Program Files\Common Files\McAfee\SystemCore\Scriptxxxxxxxxx.dll to C:\Windows\system32\vbscript.dll."

The only McAfee software installed on the server is the Move client, which was removed, the server rebooted, then the WJA upgrade was attempted again. Same error.

The server is running Windows Server 2012 R2, Intel Xeon CPU E5-2699 v4 @ 2.20GHz (2 processors), 4GB RAM.  Currently running Web JetAdmin 10.3.9 SR8.

Thanks.
