Hello everyone! There was such an error, please help me. The HP LaserJet p1102 printer is connected to a computer via USB. The computer responds that it is necessary "to resolve the problem"Screenshot_1.pngScreenshot_2.pngScreenshot_3.png

Hi,

With the USB connected, run and follow below utility to disable the HP Smart Install feature for your printer:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL53550/lj-129224-1/LJP1100_P1560_P1600_SI_Utility.exe

 

Once disabling the feature, unplug the USB and restart the printer, then install below drivers:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL32433/bi-83409-4/LJP1100_P1560_P1600-HB-win64-en.exe

 

Once the extraction completes, browse to c:\ and open the LJP1100_P1560_P1600 folder.

Double-click HpSetup.exe and follow the steps on screen, be sure not to plug the USB prior the installation ask to do so.
