HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium

I recently opened my printer and this message pops up. I can not click out of it and therefore not print anything at all:

Printer Failure

There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.

I tried closing and opening it again, as well as unplugging the power cord like it suggests. Their second and last solution is to contact HP but unfortunately, it says that this product is no longer serviced by HP.

Please help, I have loads of assignments to print 🙂

By the way, I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium.
