HP Printer 8710
On the front of the printer where one selects print, etc. I keep getting the same message "Copy does not support Envelope #10
Load supported paperin the tray. Touch ? to view proper paper sizes.
I HAVE THE PROPER PAPER LOADED, THERE IS NO ENVELOPE ANYWHERE IN THE PRINTER. WHEN I ATTEMPT TO COPY A DOCUMENT, I GET A PLAIN PIECE OF PAPER WITH NOTHING PRINTED ON IT.
I HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH ROBOTS, USED AT LEAST 2 HOURS OF READING ALL KINDS OF SUGGESTIONS, AND NO DIRECT SIMPLE ANSWER HAS COME ACROSS.

Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.
For more information, go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.
If the issue persists, the only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
