Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP 3630 Deskjet All in One Series is "printing blanks"! I went into HP troubleshooting and everything checked out to be ok - the HP ink cartridge levels - it checked the alignment - it printed out a "test page", etc.  What could be causing the BLANK pages??  I recently upgraded it to be "wireless".....does that cause any problems??  Thank you for any input into this problem.......Janet

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Are the copies coming out fine?

Let's run the HP Print and Scan Doctor:

Use this link for details on using the HP Print and Scan doctor: https://hp.care/2JyaC93

If the issue persists, let's do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:

Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing this.

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

13.)  Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.

15.) Restart the computer.

Once done, please download and install the software from here:

Hello, Well, I "uninstalled/installed" and everything went smoothly. However, I still cannot PRINT the pages I am trying to print??  I did try something and, it does PRINT  (COLOR) when there is a colored document. But, if the document is B/W, it won't print anything??  PLEASE COMMENT - THANK YOU AGAIN!!!  Janet Fichera

Are you able to copy in black? Does this happen with a specific document or any document you try to print, you aren't able to print in black?

@Dancer393

I understand your concerns.

Do not worry. Let's work together and get this issue addressed.

Update the full feature printer software using this link:https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/DJ3630_1912B/DJ3630_R1912B.exe

Also, update the printer firmware and check if it helps.

Change the printer spooler option in printer properties to print directly to the printer.

  1. Search Windows for devices and click Devices and Printers in the list of results.

  2. In the list of installed programs, right-click your HP printer name, and then click Printer properties.

You might need to click the name of your printer.

  3. Select the Advanced tab.

  4. Select the option Print directly to the printer.

  5. Click Apply, and then click OK.

An extra page should no longer print from the printer.
