HP 4535 - windows 10 pro - ver. 1709

I contact HP Service Support in Slovenia, and I finally got a solution from mr. Marko. 

- open Control panel,

- go to devices and printers,

- open printer properties,

- open device settings,

- on installable options select automatic configuration (update now),

- save and restart computer.

 

Problem solved!
