Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

changed all 4 genuine HP ink 2 times and followed on line fix, now prints color no black. tried pin in head of black. no luck. did clean test 4 times, only got color. stuck. need help

This is a hardware issue, I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support.

Make sure you select the Country and Region.
