Product: HPColor LaserJet Pro MFP M476d
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning. I am having trouble downloading the software and drivers for my HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M476dw to my Windows 10 64bit computer.  I get to about 75% on the installation and it then gives me the error message, "A problem occurred while preparing to install software to your system."
