Dear Support Forum ,

I've purchased 2 HP Deskjet All in one 2640 printers for my office 2 years ago

approx. after 1 year , both of them  stopped printing black (!) .

I've read  many forums and threads about that issue , as well as formal HP support forum and

done all the advised activities , ( like hard reset , clean heads and more  like that ) ,

i've purchased a stock of ORIGINAL ink  and  now  i'm stuck with it and those printers are like a brick ,

since i can't use them .
the ink levels are    ok , and it seems like  a firmware issue

Kindly advice for a solution  ,

as my  next step is to throw them away and purchase another brand than HP

Best Regards
