Is anyone else as pissed off at HP as I am?.... the first time an employee shows up in this community they are private messaging specific people with answers to their problem when I have been on this board looking for a solution for months.  I have promised a fix within "a couple" weeks by more than 1 HP Support tech on the phone, first in November, then again in December.  My printer still doesn't work... all the airprint or HP Secure print fixes are nonsense.  My printer will work properly one time out of 3 or 4 and otherwise just prints pages of jibberish... squares, rectangles etc.  I for one will NEVER EVER buy another HP product.  The excuses, blame shifting (to Apple) are ridiculous.  There is a notification on the home page saying to install the "available 64bit Samsung Driver" - What driver??? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  There is literally NO SUPPORT.  My printer just went off warranty so I can't even talk to support.  This looks like a class action lawsuit to me.  I only bought this printer a bit over a year ago, and frankly wouldn't have if I realized HP had taken Samsung Print over.
