HP Envy 4500 Is there an adjustment for using card stock with this printer?

Is there an adjustment for using card stock with this printer?  It currently won't take any.  I am using 65 lb and 80 lb for greeting cards.

I would first recommend you check the printer specifications Product Specifications for the HP LaserJet Pro M118dw (4PA39A) to understand the paper tray capacities and paper tray handling capacities.

Once we know that the cardstock is supported, I would need the following details to provide you with an accurate solution-

What is the Operating System installed on your computer?

Which application are you trying to print from?

Is there any error messages when you try to load the cardstock in the printer?
