HP Envy 4520 All-in-one printer
Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I've tried everything to fix my HP Envy 4520 All-in-one printer. The pages are blank whenever I print them. I've checked the ink levels and they're completely fine, I've taken the cartriges out and cleaned around them as well as even on the place where the ink comes out (it was a last resort). Still, the printer keeps printing blank pages. I use a MAC OS 10.10.5 X Yosemite and the computer is linked to the printer through  Wifi-Direct. Any help is appreciated.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Do you face the same issues with Photocopies?

 

Print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know if that prints

 

  1. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Tools, and then press OK.

  2. Press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Print Quality Report, and then press OK. The printer prints the test page.

Hi KrazyToad, thanks for your help however I'm lost already 😞 I cannot get the printer to print anything - photocopies, scans, test pages... I have tried cleaning cartridges, alligning cartridges... The Print Quality Reports comes out blank 😞
