Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I cannot find the right drivers for this printer. The system preferences does not have 1020 anywhere nor are there similar numbers such as a suggested 1022 driver. Anyone know where I can find the right drivers?

Hi,

You cannot find any such as the printer is not supported on Mac computers:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01973413

 

Unplug the printer, then download and install below drivers:

https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?locale=en_US

 

Power on and connect the printer and go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, then click the plus sign.

select your printer and click on Select Printer Software within the Use drop-down menu, from there select the Laserjet 1022 model and see if that may work as a workaround.
