Product: HP MFP 425dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP MFP 425dw won't print a configuration page.  It gives me a 49 service error.  If I send a page to my printer to print, it shows me the preparing to print screen but won't ever print.  If I cancel the print, it will say "cancelling" and then pop back up again.  When I unplug the printer and allow it to sit for 60 seconds and then plug it back in again.  It does the same thing.  I have recently uninstalled and re-installed the software, but that didn't help either.
