HP OFFICEJET PRO 8600 - ENABLE FEATURES LOCKED

I would like to disable/enable features on my Officejet however this has been locked somehow and now I need help to unlock these features.

Let us try these steps:

1. Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to obtain the IP address.
2. Type the IP address at the top of your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
3. If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.
4. Go to Settings and change the settings as required.

If the features are locked by an administrator, we will have to perform a factory reset on the printer.

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
