Hi @carolun
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I would need additional information to assist you better:
- Are you using a MAC or a Win PC?
- How is the printer connected?
- What is the error while trying to print?
- Do you get a blank page when you print?
Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

From the printer control panel, open the Setup
menu. -
Open the Reports or Tools menu.

Touch Print Quality Report.
