Setting up the wi-fi on this printer and can't see to get the wireless signal to work.  Is there a reset button?  Set it back to factory setting.

Hello,

Thank you for posting your query,

To restore Network defaults on the printer, please use the Arrow key on the screen and Touch Network or Touch Setup and then select Network under network you will find Restore Network Defaults, please select Restore Network Defaults and select Yes. This will restore network defaults on the printer.

To restore Factory Defaults on the printer, please use the Right arrow key and scroll down to setup and touch Setup and then scroll to Tools and under tools use the arrow keys on the screen and scroll down and touch "Restore Factory Defaults" and select Yes.

This will restore factory defaults on the printer.

For assistance on how to connect the printer to the network, please visit the link below and follow the instructions.

If the printer is not seeing your wireless network, please move the printer closer to the router and then Select Network on your printer display and then select Wireless and select wireless setup wizard and then select your Network and continue.

If the printer does not see the network still, please check if SSID Broadcast is enabled on the router and check the wireless channel on the router and set i to 6 or 11 and then try to connect the printer to the network.
