Hello All, 

 

I can not get my printer (HP Officejet Pro 6960) to connect to my MacBook. 

I pop up when I select find printer but it won't connect. HELP PLEASE.

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • How are you trying to connect the printer to the computer, USB/Wireless?
  • If wireless, is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?
  • Is there any antivirus software installed on your computer?
  • Is there any error message when you try to connect?
