I definitely have few more steps that you could try 🙂

 

But I'd like to isolate the issue further. Let me know the following details:

 

1) Is the printer connected to the network?

2) Where you able to assign a private IP address to the printer?

 

If yes, go to http://hp.care/2uKfsYn and follow steps 6,7 & 10.

I think I got it to work and print now, I had some help from my son with step 10 and now i can print from this computer.

Hi,

In trying to follow the solution to this problem I encountered a problem.

The instruction below:

>If yes, go to http://hp.care/2uKfsYn and follow steps 6,7 & 10.

Opens a link that does not have 10 steps.  It ends at the seventh step.

Is there an alternate link I should use?
