I can't get anything to print and I've tried all the suggested fixes and nothing works. I understand the printer is older, but it has not been used that much and is still in very good condition. This is very frustrating and I've spent many hours trying to figure this out. Anyone have a fix they can share.

@JRICC, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, I'd like to know the following:

  • Do you get any errors while trying to print?
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Does it print a blank page or nothing happens?

Check the ink levels

  1. Touch Setup on the display.

  2. Touch Tools and then touch Display Ink Gauge.

Let us try to print a test page from the printer to check the hardware functionality:

  1. Make sure plain paper is loaded in the In Tray.

  2. Touch Setup on the display.

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Touch Self-Test Report.
