Where can I find just the basic driver for download without the full software suite?

Thanks

If you need nothing beyond the basic drivers to run the printer (no Full Feature Software), consider the "Add a Printer" procedure in Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers  > Add a Printer ( top ribbon area).

Be sure, when you get to "Install the printer driver" page, that you click "Windows Update" to refresh the printer list.  The "update" does take a few minutes... when the menu refreshes, select "HP" in the right column > scan / scroll down the second column (almost to the bottom) > select "HP Photosmart D7200 series".

An example of the procedure is included in the Dragon document.
