HP PHOTOSMART PRINTER

I am unable to print and have a HP photosmart Premium SN CN05f172vv. The printer has no model number to be found on outside and when I enter the serial no. It says it can't be found. This is an older printer so I was trying to download driver and reinstall. I recently bought a new HP desktop and can't get the printer set up. HELP!!!

Looking up the printer using the information you provided, it appears the printer is:

HP Photosmart Premium All-in-One Printer series - C309

 

The Specifications provide the Product Numbers for this series.

 

 

Depending on your Operating System, Driver (Printer software) is available.

 

For example - recent version of Windows:

Driver Page - HP Photosmart Premium All-in-One Printer series - C309

Please disregard. I found model no under the top and downloaded driver and am able to Print. Sorry for the alarm!!
